1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Times Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- 🇪🇸 Spain: 7–15 business days
- 🇪🇺 European Union: 10–20 business days
- 🇺🇸 United States: 12–25 business days
- 🌎 Latin America (Mexico, Colombia, Chile): 15–30 business days
These are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high-demand periods.
3. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order total. We offer free shipping on orders over $35 USD.
4. Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to be updated.
5. Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and provide a solution (replacement or refund) if the package is confirmed lost.
7. Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. LickZen Pet™️ is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
