Return & Refund Policy – 60-Day Guarantee

1. Conditions for Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following requirements:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging or equivalent secure packaging.

  • The item must not show signs of excessive use, misuse, or improper handling.

  • The return request must be submitted within 60 days of the delivery date.

  • A valid order number or proof of purchase must be provided.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Return Request Process

Before sending any product back, customers must:

  2. Provide the order number and the reason for the return.

  3. Submit photos or videos of the product if requested.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.

  • We are not responsible for lost return packages if a tracked shipping method is not used.

4. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected:

  • If approved, the refund will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Non-Returnable Items

6. Damaged or Defective Items

7. Order Cancellations
